Another posthumous David Bowie album has been announced, with ‘Bowie Legacy’ collecting together his ‘finest singles’.
The greatest hits collection follows on the 2014 compilation ‘Nothing Has Changed’, but the latest now contains tracks from his final album ‘Blackstar’ along with a previously unreleased version of the classic 1971 single ‘Life On Mars?’ mixed by its original producer Ken Scott.
Covering over 50 years of his career from his first recordings to last singles ‘Lazarus’ and ‘I Can’t Give Everything Away’, ‘Bowie Legacy’ on CD, vinyl and download in standard and deluxe formats. The CD and digital versions will be released on 11 November, before the double vinyl edition drops on 7 January 2017.
