Analysing David Bowie’s song ‘Lazarus’ by Leah Kardos

This reading of Bowie’s song ‘Lazarus’ is pulled from the end of chapter 6 of my book ‘Blackstar Theory: The Last Works of David Bowie’, which is available now in most bookshops all over the world. On a technical note, apologies about the plosives on the mic, I recorded the voice over with a sub-par set up. I’ll add captions as soon as I know this thing has gotten past YouTube’s copyright bots. Fingers crossed… If this one works, I’ll make similar videos for the other analyses in the book. Finally, I want to emphasise that I’m sure there’s more left to learn and discover about Bowie’s late work, this is certainly not intended to be a definitive reading.
