His debut album, released on Deram Records. This record bears little resemblance to the Bowie most music fans know and love. It is full of cute, verging on odd, songs with none of the glamour, pomp or rockiness of his later work. Heavily influenced by Tony Newley and other very ‘British’ artists, it was released to a largely indifferent public.
