A regular visitor to David Bowie News on Facebook, Viv Jackowski was lucky enough to attend the second preview night on the 19th.
Viv sent us a list of some of the David Bowie songs used in the production, they include:
Absolute Beginners
This Is Not America
The Man Who Sold The World
Love Is Lost
Changes
Where Are We Now?
All The Young Dudes
Dirty Boys
Life On Mars?
Sound and Vision
Ashes To Ashes
Always Crashing In The Same Car
Valentine’s Day
“Heroes”
& It’s No Game.
Viv said the performance was amazing, brilliantly acted, incredible soundtrack (of course) The new Bowie songs written especially for Lazarus are great and the set featured just a bed and a fridge, the band played from behind a glass wall and there was a large screen which was used for lighting and backdrop.
I go in January so will post a review with more information on the actual story then.
Many thanks to Viv.
